Spent the weekend modeling a low poly widow-character:
(followed this YouTube tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zKI2An5a1Jc by PolyToons who takes you through all the steps to modeling a low poly character for games. They also have some videos on rigging so I might experiment with that too.)
I slapped some rough lamberts on her just to distinguish shades and such, and I'm not entirely confident the eyelids with rig well BUT my next task is to rig her so we will find out.
I downloaded Advanced Skeleton and spent an hour poking around with it, so I have a rough rig already but I need to refine it and edit some of the mishaps and figure out weight painting. Because it seems easy enough to do, I also might go back and add some more details to this model, but I'll see how it plays out.
Still need to clean up my thumbnails and story beats this week.
