So, I got most of the story.

I whittled my beats down to 7, a seemingly lucky number I hope.

And I also did some composition sketches for them, animatic #1 coming this weekend.

(Hopefully those are readable, click on the pictures to make them bigger I made a lot of notes.)

And along with that, yesterday I set to modeling some of the bigger props in my scene.

They need some more tweaking and I need to decide if I'm gonna flat color them with toonshaders OR take them into substance and vary the colors a bit (the latter meaning I need to UV unwrap as well).

(Plus, the brick planter box needs some more edge loops to hold the smooth shade.)

In the scene, the rough layout would be:

I also quickly modeled a pot, but I'm going to figure out my asset list this weekend as well and see what exactly I need. Big things I definitely need to lock down are the watering can, picture frames, and the flute so those are going to be my priority.

I also had an idea that instead of her walking in on wilted plants, the space is white or lacking color, muted colors, something. And so watering splashes some on them but they are missing that Spark. And so when she whistles/hums, I can visually show the notes floating around the greenhouse, and breathing life back into the plants and scenery. (As in, brightening the color and making the space as colorful as it once was.)

But then, at the end, do I want to solidify the Saudade mentality and collapse it back into white nothingness, as she has entered the memory with the music and then lost it again because you can't dwell on the past??? Things to think about.

To do:

- Animatic (!!!) [due 2/15]

- Fix geo on Widow (and UV unwrap?)

- RIG WIDOW

_ Compile Asset List

- Organize a shot list?

- And update Production Schedule

- FIND A COMPOSER
